"I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my guests who have given
me some unforgettable experiences over the past six years. To say that it has
been
fun being on tour with you guys would be an understatement of epic proportions,
and I very much look forward to the next six. For those of you who have done
all three tours at this stage, we're working on the midlands-lakelands tour
and just as soon as we know you'll know." |

a look at email
addresses of some of our past guests. All of these
people will be happy to talk to you about their experience
with Celtic Trails." |

"My most memorable moment was the afternoon we had lunch on the highest
sea cliffs in all of Europe. Never before have I seen such a sight. Scary, if
you venture to close to the edge. I opted to sit, eat, relax and take it all
in. I remember you guys had a hard job getting me to move from that spot. Remember?!
Something else I took away and that affected me was your attitude. You're not
just, 'guides'. You helped us in ways that are hard to put to words. In short,
you guys made my tour. And I can't wait to do another tour with you".

"I have had a truly special time with you guys this past week. Hard to even
put it into words but I do appreciate everything you did for us and the places
you showed us. I never would have found them myself, that's for sure!" You
ask what my most memorable moment was. I have so many great memories, fun memories,
emotional ones and one sad one - the day we had to leave. But seriously, my fondest
memory is you guys. You really are special. And you care about your guests. |

"I didn't know what to expect guys, it being my first time in Ireland. But
WHAT A BLAST!" Most memorable moment? Has to be the day we cycled from Cong
to Westport. That valley, (with the gentle undulation
, McQuaid, remember
the gentle undulation? More like a 'severe undulation). Anyway, that view at
the top is a sight that will remain with me forever, (I hope). The most beautiful
view I have ever seen. No doubt about it. |

"A few miles into the Bog Road I stopped to marvel at the vast panorama
and was truly taken by the beauty and sereness of it. Off in the distance I saw
a dark suited old man hunched over collecting what you guys call, 'turf', and
I said to myself, 'yep, I'm in Ireland now'. |

"Amazing tour. Amazing roads.
Amazing food, (something I was especially surprised at).
My most memorable moment? Too many to mention, but if there
was one it'd have to be the time I was riding along with
some of the guys in the group, weaving our way though this
tiny road with grass growing up the middle of it when all
of a sudden we were stopped by a kid who could only have
been about 7 years old. He had his hand up and was looking
quite threatening so we stopped dead in the middle of the
road, "please folks would ye mind waiting here for
a wee minute, me Ma is herding the sheep and they'll be
coming around this corner in a minute". Two hilarious
minutes later a flock of sheep came down the road, passed
us by, the lady nodded her appreciation and they were off!
One doesn't experience that kind of thing every day in
London

"When you told me on the first day that this could be a life changing week
for me if I wanted it to be I didn't really know what you were talking about.
You see, in Johannesburg, where I live, life is so much different to how you
guys live here, and I didn't really know what to expect when I got here. To say
that I have been truly moved by the past week is not an exaggeration in any way.
My most memorable moment probably was the day we cycled from Westport to Gweesalia.
By then I was very comfortable and had no problem stopping to talk to the locals
along the route. One of the times I stopped was when I was riding along on a
fabulous day, somewhere around the coast when I saw this lady picking flowers
in her garden. What a garden! Anyway her husband came out with a tray of tea
and 'scones', we chatted for about ten minutes, Doreen gave me a small bunch
of flowers which I put in my handlebar bag and off I went! That experience is
something one does not get in South Africa. Never. Such lovely people. And then
there's you guys. What can I say
?!" |

"My friends from New York told
me about the great time they had with you guys, and my
expectations we high. Over the past week they have been
exceeded and I can't wait to tell my friends about you
guys". My most memorable moment? I has to be the night
we went to Kilfenora to the ceili dance. I can say with
my hand on my heart that I have never laughed so hard in
my life. I can also say with my hand on my heart that I
am the worst Irish dancer in the world! What a great evening
it was. And the word genuine comes to mind, this is no
touristy place, these old folks really do dance. And to
experience that was something very special for me. I thank
you.
